How It Works

  • Delivery Frequency: Your subscription order is delivered every 1 month.

  • Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 3 monthly orders is required before cancellation is permitted.

  • Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription anytime under My Account > Manage Subscriptions. You may:

    • Edit upcoming orders

    • Add one-time products to ship with your next subscription

    • Add or change recurring items in your subscription

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made after your third monthly order has been processed.

  • Early cancellation is not permitted per our policy.

  • To cancel, go to My Account and sign in > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel and follow the prompts.

Refund Policy

  • Orders placed under a subscription are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective, contact our customer support 1+877-628-7201

  • Once a subscription order is processed and shipped, no refunds will be issued.
